phpMyAdmin Error #2013

When I try to log in to phpMyAdmin, I get the following error message:
#2013 -- Lost connection to MySQL server during query
Anybody knows what this means exactly ?

Everytime you click on something within phpMyAdmin it queries the database you have selected. Should the connection not respond in a timely manner you'll receive that error message. Basically it's telling you there was a problem connecting to the database at that point in time. Just wait a couple seconds and retry what you were attempting again. Should the error persist for a lengthy period of time you can run a test via your Panel at this address to check if there might be a pending SQL issue:
