Forwarding to Comcast

Can someone please tell me why DreamHost will not allow forwards to comcast.net? And are there any other providers that DreamHost does not allow forwarding to? I have a client that has had forwarding set up on their site for years and now since they changed to Comcast as their provider I can no longer offer them forwarding service.

Thanks for the info. Just add that to the laundry list of complaints customers have about comcast.
