Moving from another Host

Hello,
Because of issues with server resource management with my previous host on my small personal site, I am looking into moving to Dreamhost. However, simply, I need the move to be as painless as possible... Transfer IMAP mail, scripts, SQL data for my MovableType installation and my domain as well. Does Dreamhost have a service for this, help etc...? The best price and the most painless move will probably win out and Dreamhost's prices are nice indeed. Thanks for any help or information.
P.S.: My previous host was 1and1.
