Give me a break! Linkspamming is *not* what the "Promotion" forum is for, it's for this:

"Here, learn about site promotion techniques, marketing, affiliate links, search engine placement, public relations, and more."

You might also want to take a look at the DreamHost TOS and Anti-spam policies - spamming your site on forums *can* get your account terminated - doing it *here* is stupid beyond words.

Take your spam and go "TryToBelucky" somewhere else; all you are accomplishing here is earning the title "ProvenToBeStupid".

Like Tor said, be a little "subtle" - There is no reason you can't put a link to your site in your sig. Then when you make a legitimate "non-spammish" post to the forums, at least your site will be visible in your sig line.
