DreamHost Bday Promo?

So let me ask, this adding 200 billion gigs to our disk space and like 2 trillion for transfer, is this going to go down anytime soon?

I am thinking of adding a whole lot of content to my site and I am just seeing if this will be a permanent fixture to DH or just a short thing.

BTW, I think DH is pretty cool, altho I haven't had to use support yet. I think this place is kinda cool. I haven't had massive downtime on site at all..

It should not go down but it will go up via the weekly updates to the levels.

I am not sure it is quite 200 billion gigs just yet though.

The increase is here to stay. DH has never upped anything and then lowered it again. So if you're patient it *will* reach 200 billion gigs ... someday!

Given the current space allocation, versus the amount I actually use, it might as well be 200 billion gigs :)

i was really surprised they upped my diskspace n my transfer so much...

i wouldn't be so negative though... just think of the huge amount of space u now have!!!
and i don't think Dreamhost isn't stupid to not think of downtime issues before they upped the spaces..

im so excited... now i can add more stuff to my site:) heheheheheh

Yeah the dream host service is great. I have'nt even used 1 gigabyte and i already get +1gb a week. At this rate i'll be getting more gigabytes in a week then i'll use for 2 so unless i find a way to upload 50 pictures everyday i doubt i'll ever need another host or hosting plan!
