Your not giving many details, such as what you've done so far, is anything.

My favorite is SEO, some the best buying traffic. You could do article marketing, social network marketing, video marketing, and so on.

I would suggest you to post in to forums and blogs to create backlinks. But your posts should be quality ones, so that you are not held guilty for spamming. The more backlinks you create, the more you raise the chances for getting a higher PR.

Yes. And using such software to linkspam blog and forums is a violation of the Terms of Service to which you agreed when you created a DreamHost account which will result in your account being terminated. Don't do this.

What keywords are you trying to rank for? I just visited your website and it's unclear. While meta and Title tags are by no means the end all be all of SEO, they are part of a basic SEO foundation so you should have an optimized title tag for each page and meta description. Next, your URL's should have a keyword rich structure. You also need keyword rich content. These are all great things to build up your optimization for targeted keywords. Beyond that, link build, link build, and link build some more (always make sure your using your keywords when link building).

In my opinion it's not necessary to promote web sites in this discussion forum. There's plenty of other venues for promotion and just because it is easy to do doesn't mean we need to have some form of advertising on every web site. If you are able to contribute to the discussion forum for what it is intended for then I don't think anyone would mind a link in your signature as many of us have already. I'd like to make a suggestion that you update your signature to add some significance to the link, like "Webmaster for techngear.com" because otherwise short posts appear to be spam, as if you have no personal interest in the link (or respect for the forum) other than spreading it around. I'd hate to think that is the case since the techngear.com site doesn't identify the people behind it and it is hosted at another web host.
