DH 90% off promo

I signed up Jan 4 ( yesterday) with 2 years subscription deal with 90% off ( litterally I paid only $21.48 for 2 years). Although I received an email from DH saying they received the payment through paypal, I still see in control panel that i owe this amount. Why?
Also, under Manage account in control panel, I see two hosting plans names ( My happy hosting) and under Domain Regsitered it says 0 registered 2 free on this account. This is while I just signed up for one account not two.
Can someone explain what's happening?

My Happy Hosting is the default name for your hosting account. You can change it to anything you like. The "0 of 2" thing indicates you haven't used either of your 2 free domain names yet. You can set one or both of those up in Panel by clicking the Domains link on the left.

It might pay to spend some time clicking through the panel to familiarise yourself with everything. There are links within it that point to the Wiki if you'd like to read up on how things work.

Thanks, but I didn't ask about the plan name or how to register domain name. Seems you didn't get my problem, Anyhow, I opened a ticket for this and Mike G from support team pinpointed the problem and fixed it. I take my hat off to him.

Almost a very similar case, but I have not got a reply from the billing/sales department even after 12 hours of raising a ticket with them. What should i say? pathetic service?

I wouldn't say it is pathetic service...

Billing departments have business hours I'm sure. Give it a little time, DH is very good with response times normally.

Depends on how many tickets they are getting, if they are getting a lot from a problem with one of there clusters then it can take a day to get a reply. Usually doesn't take over 4-6 hours to get a reply though, if they aren't having some sort of problem.
