Trac (python)

I need some help with installing Trac on my subdomain.

I have the Python package and also uploaded the Trac package. But every time I try to run the setup.py (in ssh and telnet) I get this error message:

error: trac/siteconfig.py: No such file or directory

*********

And all the files have been uploaded to the folder.

Any help?
