Could someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

I put in the announcement list script that Dreamhost provides, and I've tried to get two custom pages to show up. One for after the click the subscribe button, and one after they click the confirmation link in the email (you'll see it in the page source). So far neither of them are showing up like they're supposed to, I just keep getting the "bland" page that the Dreamhost wiki describes.
