hi guys
i'm having a strange phpmyadmin problem. It's looking weird, like as if the style sheet has gone, can't really explain it, and i wish i could show it to you guys ... but i hope someone who has gone through the same might able to understand what's this.
Any suggestion?

Sounds like the CSS is missing, indeed. Did you refresh it a couple times? Still happening? I'd suggest contacting support since this section is out of our reach of debugging (ie: doubt you'd give us your user/pass so that we could troubleshoot the issue). Support will need to troubleshoot this one.
