WWW::Authenticate on CPAN

I am trying to install the Perl module WWW::Authenticate but am running into problems. I am following all the directions on http://wiki.dreamhost.com/index.php/CPAN, but my Perl script was unable to locate the module. Curious why it wasn't working, I browsed to the WWW/Authenticate directory, and found that it was empty. Anyone know what's going wrong? Thanks in advance.
