CPU Usage

I recently turned on the feature in the control panel that puts cpu usage information in the stats directory. It says right now that I'm using 0.463% of the processor's cyles per day.
My question is: Is there a percentage I should try to stay within? I have no idea how many other users share the server, so I'm not sure. I certainly don't want to be using more than my share of the resources.
