Question about php.ini variables

Question about php.ini variables

I heard some hosts can suspend you if you set the numbers on max_execution_time, max_input_time, and memory_limit in php.ini too high. So, for Dreamhost, what numbers for these variables are considered too high? I'm asking because I have to keep bumping up the numbers because I've got a Coppermine gallery that has several files in it.

Thanks in advance for the help/input!

Actually, at DreamHost we don't need to suspend anyone for such things, because irrespective of how you set those variables our procwatch daemon will kill processes that run too long or consume too much memory or CPU for a shared server.
