Mail Management with PHP

Hello,

Is it possible to manage email accounts using PHP?
At least I want to add/delete mail addresses for a domain using a web page hosted on my site (which is not dreamhost control panel)

If you mean hack into your Panel from a script then yes, it's do-able.

I'd strongly suggest against implementing such code (security/abuse issues).
