trac broke after move to PS

I am only just now attempting to utilize some of the stuff that I had running just fine on a standard account. I was moved over to a PS about a month ago. One of the things that has broke is my installation of Trac v 10.4 that I installed via the script on the DH wiki.
I suspect that some python libs are no longer where they were before the move.
My question is, in general terms, is there anything I should be doing to my environment or python installation post-move to keep stuff running?
I am now off to troubleshot this in greater detail.
