Ruby On Rail error

I m new to ROR and this is my first project. Its working fine in localhost but when i uploaded it in server i face this error

Rails application failed to start properly

My all log files are blank. There is no error reporting...

Please help me to resolve this.........

On Friday Dreamhost changed things so you can't run development environment RoR projects on their machines, You will need to do your development work on your local machine and just run Production Environment projects on the dreamhost host.
