Reading multiple emails accounts

Is there a way in Outlook Express, or any other email client to be able to retrieve email from the various accounts at the same time? In Outlook Express I have to "Switch User" and open up a different Outlook Express every time I want to check if there is any new mail at other domains.

For example. I start up 'EMAIL CLIENT' and then it would start checking vernon@abc.com vernon@def.com vernon@xyz.com .... so on and so forth. Is that possible? It would really make life simpler for anyone that has so many email accounts and wants to check them all at once.

Cheers!

I use Outlook Express, and it checks email for all of my accounts. You can add as many email addresses as you like. Simply follow the Wiki instructions for adding an account, rinse and repeat.

Thanks for the reply, scjessey, but you missed some important parts of my post. "at the same time" means I want to have a checker check ALL accounts simultaneously, not just when I switch users. Also note that I did mention I have to "switch user" to get to the other email accounts I have. I have the accounts set up pretty well configured, and I already have multiple email accounts set up on OE.

What I was more interested in if there was an ability to just get all of the emails checked at one click without having to change to different users.

Cheers!

I didn't miss anything. You can add as many accounts as you like to Outlook Express; however, emails downloaded by one user will no longer be accessible by other users (because they have already been downloaded). The answer is actually quite simple - add all the accounts to all of the users you may be using, but set them up for IMAP instead of POP.

It should be fairly obvious, however, that the concept of having different users is to keep things separate, which is the opposite of what you are trying to do.

What I did on mine, was add all accounts for one user then create sub folders for each account and created a rule to move the emails to the correct folder.
