My take: Everything is pretty much what was going through my mind when I set this particular forum up. I do think it's important, though, to have 'official' people drop in from time to time just to clarify things, help out, and give the official line when it's asked for.
Thought you all might be interested, since some of you undoubtedly have to support your own customers as well. :>
