Flash Video Questions

I'm actually using Joomla and the AllVideos plugin for it which works really nicely for uploading all sorts of videos to a site. I am using mainly flv but I have been running into a few problems. First of all, how do you get the player to display a fullscreen button? Is that a setting in the .swf player itself or an html adjustment? Also, does the Dreamhost FLV Encoder convert the bitrate from the original video? I think Youtube's video bitrate is around 250 which seems to play fine on my connection, other higher bitrates seem to skip.

You can implement full screen view from html *if* the viewer is using flash plugin for their browser greater than v9.028.0

If you emebd your swf using flashobject, you can test for the correct version and also initiate express install if necessary (updates the plugin in page without navigating away)
