real media Requested file not found error

Hi, I am very new to streaming, and am having some issues. I received several .mov files from a web client for his website. Since most of the files were taking a long time to download even on a high-speed connection, I decided to try streaming. I purchased a cute little product "Easy Real Converter" and converted the .mov files into .rmvb files.

I've read the article from http://wiki.dreamhost.com/index.php/KB_/_FTP_/_File_Types, and created and uploaded my .ram files, with links to them at http://whitewavedesigns.com/clients/fusion/. However, when I try to view the video, I get the error message:

"Requested file not found. The link you followed may be outdated or inaccurate."

with the link to the .rmvb file.

Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Thanks so much. My next questions will be about streaming the original .mov files.
