Can't get my movie to stream properly

I've spent a couple of days trying to get a movie to stream but no luck. I purchsed a copy of Quicktime Pro and hinted the file. The movie opens but runs very irratically. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Here's the movie

It looks just fine as far as I can tell. I've looked at it with a variety of browsers from my Win XP box, and everything seems tickety-boo.
