QTSS supported options

Does the quicktime streaming server support mulitcast in here and do we have access to the web interface to configure it?
If multicast isn't supported then what's the benefit of using QTSS? Hinted streams are nice but the fast start option does just fine to stream any standalone quicktime movies.
Any clues?
