Streaming M4V

At our annual conference last Saturday we recorded some excellent presentations by experts in our rare disease. We would like to post these on the internet.
They are currently in M4V format, each is about 330 meg in size (40-50 minutes).
Is there a way to do streaming of this format from Dreamhost?
or is there another platform (like Tube Mogul or something) where I could post the files and link to them from my Dreamhost website?
