Issue with streaming

Ok simple things have always been my downfall and this appears to be no different. I have done the following and still can't get my streaming movie to play.
1. Setup streaming.lifeisrisky.com from the Goodies menu.
2. Uploaded a file saved as Hinted Movie from Quicktime Pro to the "streaming" directory.
3. Entered the indicated (from the Goodies/Media Streaming Page) movie link into my player: rtsp://streaming.lifeisrisky.com/streaming.lifeisrisky.com/beforesunrise.mov
and I keep getting "Server not Found" errors. Even when I correct the address to what makes sense : rtsp://streaming.lifeisrisky.com/beforesunrise.mov
I get the same error. If someone could test this and let me know if they have an issue it would be appreciated. If someone could tell me what I am obviously doing wrong that would be even better.
