Can't get embedded mp4 to play :(

I've read the wiki page on how to embed QuickTime files:

And I used that template to try and embed my mp4 file on a site I am helping design here: http://jarringmovie.com/motion.php

And I can't seem to get it to work. Do I need to stream this or can I simply embed?

Flash might better serve your purpose.

DH's built in Flash converter (https://panel.dreamhost.com/index.cgi?tree=goodies.media&) doesn't convert mp4 files :(
Any idea's on how I can convert it?
I've got both Linux and XP machines at my disposal.

I ended up trying something....
I renamed the mp4 file to .mov and used DH's converter, and it worked :-D
