dreamhost server still won't stream

I wonder how many others have a server at dreamhost that won't stream quicktime movies.
And isn't there someone at dreamhost who can write?? The wiki for quicktime streaming is more a collection of product press releases than it is worthy of being called "instructions".
I've begun to wonder if the info is purposely keep so poor because the steaming doesn't work.
This is not good service!
