Certificate renewal

I'm trying to figure out how to renew my ssl certificate. Geotrust is emailing me, warning me the cert is about to expire, but they say, "If you purchased this certificate through a GeoTrust Partner, such as your web host or ISP, please contact your web host / ISP to arrange for renewal of
your certificate."

So I look in the support wiki, and it says: "They do not automatically renew certificates. They just need to hear from you that you would like the renewal and they'll go ahead and renew it for you."

Who is, "they?" Wouldn't it be nice if the wiki said something like, "dreamhost support at xxx@dreamhost.com," or, "geotrust support," instead of, "they?"

Which wiki article are you looking at? The one I found does mention what to do:

Awesome, thanks!!

The one that my search turned up is at http://wiki.dreamhost.com/Misc#How_to_renew_your_SSL_certificate_that_was_acquired_through_your_hosting_plan_with_Dreamhost. It's nowhere near complete, unlike the one you just linked me to.

Thanks again!
