Credit Card Ecommerce Needs

I work in product development for ProPay, an online service that allows small business to easily and affordably accept credit cards. We are the leading provider of merchant accounts to the direct selling industry and our services are great for small or seasonal merchants.
I've seen ProPay mentioned on these forums before and am interested in getting feedback as the e-commerce needs to accept credit cards online. We currently have an API but don't have any easy plugin solutions. Mostly users enter cards in manually via a virtual terminal.
We would like to more fully develop our e-commerce offering and want to see where the current pain points are. Please leave your feedback.
