oscommerece title?

So, I've got a fresh install of OsCommerece installed at http://stoleclips.revhart.net and products and whatnot installed. The thing is, when I try and edit the english.php file so I can change it to display my site title and not oscommerece the entire site dies with a parse error.

I'm wondering if something with the install got messed up becuase when I use the file manager it shows this as my location: "/home/bitsy/stoleclips.revhart.net//includes/languages" notice the // after revhart.net

Any sigguestions?

Actually, I can't edit any of the php pages - it just results in a parse error. It's the same if I edit the file though the oscommerce file manager or download it to my machine and edit and re-upload.

I did a re-install and made sure that I followed the firection from DH explicitly, for the setup and all - and everything looks good. What am I doing wrong? it's not like I'm trying to make major changes to the site, just change the site title, and take away the defult message about errors...

Nobody every replies to my questions...

Anyways I found the problem. The instructions that come with the one click install have an error in them.
" Page 6:

WWW Address: http://www.stoleclips.revhart.net/
Webserver Root Directory: What's there is fine!
HTTP Cookie Domain: www.stoleclips.revhart.net
HTTP Cookie Path: /
Enable SSL Connections: Check this if you have a secure
certificate, or plan to get one!

Click "Continue"."

There should NOT be a trailing / after the domain for the WWW address. That was the issue. For somereason the site functions with the forward slash there, but when you try and edit any of the files it goes wacko. smile
