Miva Shipping Error

Hi,

I have created the Miva store and its working well. I set up the UPS shipping module. Unfortunately, though, when I try to place an order I get the following error:

Miva Merchant has encountered a fatal error and is unable to continue. The following information may assist you in determining the cause of the error:



  
Error Code:
MER-MMU-00043

  
Description:
Shipping Selection is required and no Shipping Methods were found. Please contact the administrator directly.

Any suggestions?

Thanks. I did check all of those sources too. I also did open a ticket with Dreamhost. There was one suggestion to uninstall and reinstall the shipping module... but I'm not sure how to do that. Hoping the Dreamhost team can help.

I also tried a solution which suggested making sure that the shipping weight had been included. I verified that my items had shipping weights associated with them. But, alas, still no success.
