MIVA install location?

Hate to ask again, but this seemingly simple question has not yet been answered.

When installing MIVA Merchant for the FIRST time, does it matter where it is installed?

The KnowledgeBase says to simply add it to a service under the "Domains" tab, and then request a license.

That's all well and good if your account has only one domain in need of a store. But what if you have TWO or more domains where you'll want to set up a store?

Do you install MIVA merchant individually for each domain, OR do you install it in a centralized location and access it from each domain?

If you install separately for EACH domain, do you need a SEPERATE license for each install... or does the one license on the server cover all installs.

As far as I can tell, none of this is covered in the Kbase. It all assumes just one cart on one domain.

Could someone PLEASE clarify this procedure, as I'd like to proceed with an install on one of my domains, but don't want to do it if it will screw me up futher down the line when I need to add additional domains.
