The text you've chosen to quote is more an aside than a statement, but anyway it says "free porn affiliate sites" - as in SPAMmy advertising click-thru garbage sites. Those types of sites fall under the "A site created primarily to drive traffic to another site." clause which is specified under the heading "What's not allowed in "Unlimited"?" - which, oddly enough, informs us of what's not allowed in "Unlimited".

You are allowed to have pornographic content on a domain hosted with DreamHost because *they* are in California and hosted content is subject to Californian law, which is quite liberal compared to many states in the USA. It doesn't matter where you or I live; what matters is where the server is located.

I think the only problem webmasters would have hosting pRoN is that it may saturate a domain with sweaty palmed clicking quite rapidly. A reasonably popular site would invariably need to move onto VPS, so they'd need to have some good advertising or subscriber base in order to keep it up. No pun intended
