CNAME ?

I would like to use Google Apps with DreamHost Apps Sub-domain to test it. Unfortunately I have 2 options.

Select one of the methods below for verification instructions
Upload an HTML file to mydomain.dreamhosters.com

Recommended if you can upload files to mydomain.dreamhosters.com
Change mydomain.dreamhosters.com CNAME record

CNAME records are created with your domain host

And neither of which I can figure out. Please help me.

Thanks in advance!

You need a (paid for) web-hosting account to get file-level and Panel access.
