Can't login to Drupal

So I goto my website http://drupal.albafrost.dreamhosters.com (note the billions of memory error messages) I click login I type in Admin and my password. Access denied. I thought I'd forgotten it, I clicked reset password and I got an email with a one-time login to reset my password. Clicked on it, I was presented with a page with a button that said login. Clicked it, "access is denied. You are not authorized to access this page" please help!!!
