Support generally doesn't read the forums. For those with panel access, there is a Suggestion box. However, it's unlikely that Support will install additional plugins in DreamHost Apps. They go with a base set that's usable by all. For custom installations, you'd have to go with a paid hosting plan which allows you to modify your installations.
