Is there any way we can use plugins for Mediawiki, because I would really like to use some to make it easier and better to use.
If there isn't, you should get some ones to use, like Embedvideo and infobox, as these would make it much better to use :)

You can't install your own on Apps, but with full hosting, you can add most plugins. There are some suggestions for Wiki plugins, and some of them are almost a year old. If you have access to the Suggestions section in the panel, give it a look.

By the way, is the MySQL down? I can't access my wiki or forum.

EDIT: I can access the forum and website now, but the wiki still comes up with an error, any ideas?
