Can't login to Google Apps

I registered at Dreamhost Apps,but Google Apps/gmail did not installed successfully.Then I reintalled it and succeed!But I didn't get the username and password to Sign in to manage My Google Apps.I'v read all the topics on the forum twice,but didn't get the solution.Can anyone help? Thanks a lot!
