Wordpress famous five minute installation process

Hi,
I recently install a WP in my domain; I put only a page whith an image, but today, when I access the main page, I see the famous five minute WordPress installation process, but I don't know what happened (furthermore, I don't know exactly when happened, maybe today or yesterday).
Can you help me, please?

UPDATE: Now (10:35 GMT 1) I see a database error: "Error establishing a database connection". Are you updating WP? Thanks!Edited by caravaningclub on 03/24/09 02:37 AM (server time).
