How can I install the code for use Google webmasters tools and analytics?

You set up the analytics through Google's dashboard associated with your account there. The webmaster tools run from that same spot. Once you go there and sign up for those services you can associate your domain for the webmaster tools, verify it by generating a small file, and generate the code snippet you'll place in your site code to use analytics.
There is nothing that you need to set up here to use those particular Google services.
