Error Message and Apps list gone

My apps are gone, I get the message 'You haven't added any domains yet' and there is no way to add any apps, its just empty.

It was showing apps before, but they had failed to install, I got an email saying they failed to install and to delete them and try again, I did this, but then got no dbase connection on any of them, I removed them and installed Drupal, its at the address it should be, but not listed in the apps list, and now there are no apps showing and no way to add them, been like this for over 24 hours now.

Is there a support email address to mail details to ?

I have the same problems.but drupal wordpress zenphoto works well,not listed in panel.

Sorry to bump my own thread, but is there any answer to this yet ? I can provide the domain involved if anyone from Dreamhost wants to take a look ?

I've got a pay dreamhost account as well, so its not mega important, but it seems a waste to have this one sitting there not working properly...

This happened to me too, but I just reloaded (refreshing cache) and it worked.

Sadly that doesn't work here, still saying I have no apps.

Same Prob Here. My (free) subdomain is no longer shown on the panel, yet my wiki is still working. Any chance that it will fix itself? Any other idea?

Hmm, this is odd. Could you each send me the domain that's having this issue on your accounts, and I'll look into it and see what I can do!

I found the root cause of this issue, and have cleared it up! All you have to do is add the domain back to your account! You can do so by clicking "Add a Domain" and then "Add a New Domain"

That doesn't work here, it just says that the domain is already in the system.

Hmm, ok, could you send me your domain name and I'll look into it? For a majority of people with this issue, this should work, but there may be another underlying problem with your domain.

Ok, well, while I've fixed this issue, there seems to be a catch 22 of sorts. If you can't add the domain back yourself, please message me with the domain so that I can add it back to your account for you.
