Moving App to new Subdomain?

When we installed drupal, it went to drupal.toomanybunnies.com. I'd like to have www.toomanybunnies.com go to the drupal site. Is there some way for me to make that change, or does DreamHost have to do it? It might make sense to have a way to point www.<domain> to whichever application the user wants, since people might want wordpress, drupal, google sites, or some other app as their web site.

When filling in the form to install the app leave the subdomain blank.

Right, that would be the right choice if we did it before we installed drupal, but it's a little late at this point. That's why I suggested they add the ability to do it after the fact. People are going to make mistakes or change their mind about their applications.
