wordpress without themes

I get this two errors when I try to change the theme:
Warning: ksort() expects parameter 1 to be array, boolean given in /usr/local/ndn/web/oneclicks/wordpress/wp-admin/themes.php on line 41

Warning: array_slice() expects parameter 1 to be array, boolean given in /usr/local/ndn/web/oneclicks/wordpress/wp-admin/themes.php on line 62

Also there's no current theme nor available themes, it says:

Now it works :?

It seems that it takes some time to create the blog... after having received the "blog ready" email

again NOT working :(

I'll try to reinstall
