integrating Word Press into my site

hey folks,
I have a site on acupuncture (my wifes) and I want to add a blog.
Whats the best way to do this
the domain is
cultivatewellness.net and I created the sub domain
blog.cultivatewellness.net
Is it possible to have the blog show up looking like or inside the site? Is there any plug in?
What is the best way to do this? I understand that I could make a word press template thats like the site itself but I'm wondering is there is a way to integrate more seamlessly?
