Database error?

Went to login to check my site (helfmyselp.com) today, and when I visit, I get the following message:

Error establishing a database connection

My WordPress login page shows the following:

Error establishing a database connection

This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can't contact the database server at 208.113.130.49. This could mean your host's database server is down.

* Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
* Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname?
* Are you sure that the database server is running?

If you're unsure what these terms mean you should probably contact your host. If you still need help you can always visit the WordPress Support Forums.

Did I screw something up without knowing I did so? Or is there some other issue?

Sorry to bump the thread, but I'm experiencing the same thing today -- same messages, etc. Other than this recurring issue, everything's been close to perfect. :)

We had some issues with the mysql server again. Our admin is working on stabilizing this now.

we have been getting the same problem on any of our sites that use a mysql database... sporadically they don not work, and we probably lose sales...
we are not happy with this. i do not like getting emails from clients asking why my website doesnt work...

abelhas: maybe you could use some of those sales to purchase some non-beta hosting for your critical websites then?
