Sorry, I guess I just mistook what you meant by a new mailing list.

I wonder what the minimum standard is for notification is? Did you notice? P-mail would seem like overkill. Email is old hat and likely. What about offering an RSS feed? I wonder if you're going to be offered an opt-out for various forms of notification?
