Hi, I've read the posts in the forum. What I want is to create promo codes without hosting plans as mentioned in DH's website. http://www.dreamhost.com/hosting-rewards.html

I also see somebody saying that "sign up without a hosting plan". But how do I do that? I went to panel.dreamhost.com and clicked signup. I was directed back to the hosting plan sign up page. I tried to fill in everything and clicked next in the signup page. I was asked to pay for a hosting plan.

How do I create promo codes without hosting plan?

If you already filled up the form in hosting plan sign up page, your email address was already recorded in DH's system. If you still remember your email address and password you entered in the signup page, you can actually use them to log into http://panel.dreamhost.com and create promo codes already wink
