I am turning 15 this Saturday.
Tell your parents to get you a lawn mower for your birthday. That could generate way more than enough money to cover hosting.
If you were to mow one neighbor's lawn, for a super-low price of $10/week, that give you an extra $40/month.
Rake leaves, wash cars, walk dogs, etc...
The internet can be a great source of income, but as a 15-year old without experience, I'd get used to manual labor as a source of income for awhile.
If you're a good kid, it shouldn't be hard to find a few people that will create work for you to help you out. That might not be the case if you happen to be one of the many teens out there that are wearing super-baggy clothes & gold chains, pretending to be straight out of a rap video.
You could even just go around telling people that you're trying to earn money and ask them if they have anything you can do. That way, you're not just cornering them with something specific like cutting grass, which they might have no use for. If nothing else, maybe they'll at least give you $1 to carry their trash out to the curb on your way to the next house.
Selling yourself in real life will also help out with marketing whatever you end up doing online.
