What exactly do you mean 'minimum bandwidth'? Surely the minimum would be 0? Just don't put anything on your web site ...

I suppose they use absolute values, so uploading can't drive you into the negative? :>
Maybe it's an idea for another way to handle crawlers that don't request images. They would fall below the minimum bandwidth, and something cool would happen... :>
