I should be ok then as i dont think it would violate the terms (copyright / child porn etc..)

As far as copyright goes, also remember that you're responsible for anything that gets uploaded--just in case you're running a site where anyone can upload images, videos, etc.

The subject of adult content is mentioned in the wiki, but it only gets a few lines, so it is easily missed.
