I wanted to get another hosting plan and I saw the ad on Dreamhost 200GB/2TB for 120 minus100 which expires today (?).
I haven't pulled the trigger yet because I was wondering whether Dreamhost has a "Clustered server system" sort of like Netfirms(my other hosting company) so that in case one server fails or there is a period of very high demand the rest of the servers will take my for my site. http://www.netfirms.com/technology

It is not automatic, if that is what you mean by "clustering". If the server you are hosted on (Dreamhost has hundreds!) goes down, your site as well as other sites on that box are "down" until the server is brought back up or your site is moved to another server.
